(Personal note: These four were my so-called "1995" Joes, taken directly from the bodies of the various Street Fighter "Guiles" that were cleared out at Kay-Bee at 2/$5.0, and given different heads and personalities. Jetstream has the head of General Flagg, Blackout the head of the DEF Shockwave, Cragg uses the 1992 Wet-Suit's head, and Glacier has the head of Downtown, given a lighter hair color. The uniforms, especially Cragg's and Blackout's, are different enough from their originals to make drastically different characters. A nice set.)
