The Shadow was one of my three entries for NJC#27- "All This, And World War II."

I'd actually had this idea in mind for well over three years, and it took the NJC to draw it out. Of course, the two hardest parts of doing this custom were: 1. drilling out yet another Wild Bill cowboy hat, and 2. painting red. One of the things about this custom that I had not done in the past was to prime the figure in black. I've had trouble getting a solid blue to show up over white primer, so I felt this might work better, and it did, IMO. It almost gave the custom an automatic 'weathered' look.
