Well this V for Vendetta custom is a commission first off though I am making a 2nd for my own collection. Also the figure is based more so on the Movie version rather than the Comic.
V was created by Alan Moore who has worked on many splendid comic characters throughout his work history. Moore has said of V "the central question is, is this guy right? Or is he mad? What do you, the reader, think about this?
As for the film, it centers around a Totalitarian-Regime-run England & V is out to bring this regime down. He rescues a young lady played by Natalie Portman who V then takes under his wings & uses in his fight against the establishment.
The film is about perception I think (as Moore intended with V). Is an iron-fist-ruled country safer than a country that slips into anarchy more so being taken into anarchy by acts of terrorism?
