Weapon Omega is one-third of my NJC #21 entry. He is another Silent Weapons Operative, with Nemesis being the first. In my estimation, SWO is a better designation than 'Ninja.' I had initially spray painted him black, but realizing that I could have just used a black ninja as a base then, decided to paint him 'black green.' The emblem on his chest was printed onto glossy label paper over a black background, then painted up to the white areas to help blend in. The mask was created using my non-patented 'toilet paper and Elmer's glue' method.
