Serpentor has not been one of my favorite characters in the past as I have always thought he was just too "sci-fi" for me in the GI Joe universe. However, over time I have found myself with a desire to create him and have him be more detailed than what we got with the 25th series of figures. As I was making this one, I found the head to Emperor Palptine floating around in my fodder bins, and thought maybe I could use it to give Serpentor a more monstrous look, so an extra head is included that can be swapped out easily. Hope you guys like him!!
