This is a custom of a custom I did from the original Special Teams Group Project.

Back then, I had him in charge of a new team of Renegades. I've always wanted to go back to the character, who I thought was unique with his background and thick Irish accent.

I kind of got some inspiration by seeing Sheamus on WWE. I went back and decided to do another custom, and the body with the Outback seemed good enough as it was without having a lot of painting to do. I equipped him with a viper vest that I had pulled the grenades off of, and glued a grenade that had pulled off of a Duke bandolier, and armed him with a gun from the city strike SE.
I made the beard out of green stuff, and gave him some dark red hair.

I envision him now as a more capable leader who doesn't let his temper get the best of him most of the time, now moved from black op renegade to squad/mission leader on the regular Joe team. The vest was given to him by the original leader of the renegades, Mercer. He wears it with pride.

Dolan is famous among those "in the know" as the man whom infiltrated the Irish Republican Army in the late 1990's, and helped both the US and Irish authorities thwart Cobra's plans in Ireland. The Joe team recruited him, and he quickly rose up the ranks to an officer, but kept getting demoted due to getting in fistfights with other soldiers.
"Dolan is an extremely funny man, and is an excellent leader, he just has a bad temper. I don't know why he kept getting in fistfights, but I heard it was because no one could understand a damn word he was saying with that thick Irish accent of his."
