Chuckles was never one of my favorites. I was out of Joes by the time the original figure was released. Although it is dated, I was perfectly happy with the 25th version for my collection. When the LBC contest came around, I was playing with fodder and stumbled on an Avengers Hawkeye head. I dawned on me that it would make a cool head for Chuckles, so I went about updating the original figure by swapping parts only. After that, I pulled my old Night Force custom of the shelf, swapped the head and refreshed some of the paint. Now I have two fresher versions of the character.
