Aside from the obvious racial stereotyping (martial arts master must be Asian, or maybe Asian, so must be a martial arts master?), the absurdity of the original Quick Kick is his outfit, which is clearly inappropriate for any kind of actual mission. So this custom is intended to give him something that he might actually wear in the field. I gave him a suppressed Uzi to go along with his usual weapons, in order to increase his effectiveness as well.
