Ronald McDonald, the most dangerous clown in the world. Responsible for countless deaths, perhaps into the tens of thousands. He roamed the wastes slaughtering undead and living alike. When he stumbled upon Sarasota he realized he could gain power and continue his killing spree with disciples at his beckon call.

This was originally going to be a futuristic take on the Joker but after making that figure I decided it would be better as the real Clown Prince of Death.
