As a kid Major Bludd was one of my favorite characters, in the 80 'G.I.Joe cartoon series, as a character the DTC version of major bludd was one of my favorites, and his scarf and belt has a lot to do with that, so I wanted a modern version of him.
I had this figure double, and I dremmeled the head to fit a roc viper.
The golden hues on his clothing make him look like a python patrol / iron grenadier version.
