"Very little is known about the assassin called Senpan. It's believed he may have belonged to a rival clan of the Arashikage before being cast out for his unscrupulous ways. Intelligence reports surmise he spent time with the Red Ninja's before striking out on his own because he deemed them too "soft".
Senpan is a man without honor nor mercy. He relies heavily on stealth to reach his target, and can remain undetected for long periods of time. However, once within striking distance, he wants to make sure he has his targets full attention, so they can see it is Senpan that is cutting them down."

When you have a bad guy team called the Axis, it makes sense to include an evil ninja or samurai. With this figure I wanted to capture a little bit of both in terms of the parts and color scheme. I wanted him to have some armor, but maintain a sleek ninja-esque feel.
The name Senpan translates to war criminal which I thought was suiting given his character.
