After completing my Mercer custom I figured I'd do his Renegade compadres as well. Quite frankly, I can't recall ever seeing new sculpt versions of the other two Renegades so I relished the task. The Gung Ho head I knew would be perfect with a nice bushy beard added, and the Gung Ho arms you can't go wrong with when you need bare arms. I pictured Taurus' character very short and squat and flexible, so the shorter Link "sweat pant" legs worked for me and didn't need painting, and the Sgt. Airborne torso added the squatness to the character, and the straps just seem kind of acrobatic to me.
