Head: Wild Bill v2 head (modified).

This was originally an exercise in head modification. At the time this was made, I didn't know Hasbro was going to make the comic pack Cobra commander.

To modify the head:

I raised his hairline by scraping and sanding. I brought up the height of his hair with sculpey. Next, I added sideburns with sculpey. I added to the length of his moustache with yet more sculpey. Finally, I painted the head in accordance with the comic.
