This is one of those characters that I know nothing about because he came out after I stopped collecting in the 90's. I saw him in the collectors guide and I thought that he would be a character that I want in my Joeverse. I tried to keep the colors as true as the original, with only changes to facilitate the new body parts. I actually superglued the glasses to his head, since his file card did say that he rarely takes them off.
