I had a Muskrat figure when I was younger, and wanted to make a new version of him. When I saw the Sahara Dirk Pitt figure..I knew that I had to have that head. I just can see Matthew McConaughey as Muskrat. I can see Muskrat sounding just like him. So in my Joe universe, Muskrat has no silly hat and he is more rugged looking. I mean, wouldn't you fighting in a swamp?

I liked the idea of using the Beach Head torso because I could see a swamp fighter ripping the sleeves off of a turtleneck sweater and running around the humid swamps fighting mosquitoes and the like.
