I have been wanting to do a Rampart custom figure forever! Now seemed like a good time since his characterization showed up on the board. The hardest part was figuring out how to duplicate his head, since he is wearing goggles and a hat the covers on the sides.

I did a custom a while back using the Dusty helmet, and still had the drape thing in my tool box that I keep my paints and tools in. I had to trim it down a bit and use some Sculpey to smooth it out. I think this is some of my best work.
