This is another one of those figures that I saw in Desimone's guide and wanted to do one of my own. I couldn't find the exact torso to do it, but with the colors I used on the Cross Hair torso, I am very happy with the way it translated into a new sculpt figure. I just wish I could have given him a badge of some sort. Maybe I'll make one out of sculpy, or just cut one off of another figure. We shall see.
