I used Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as my model for Red Dog since that's who I would choose to play him in a live action movie. I sculpted the hair, sleeves and straps from Sculpey. The wrist and ankle wraps were done with Teflon plumber's tape. I wanted a meaner looking Red Dog since the V1 didn't look like someone that could give a defensive lineman a concussion.

Bio:

Since Sgt. Slaughter left Mercer in charge of The Slaughterhouse, where former Cobra soldiers are reformed, Red Dog has acted as the liaison between The Slaughterhouse and The Pit. It's his job to keep The Pit updated about the "recruits" and he is GI Joe's first defense if the former Cobras decide to revert to their old ways.

As the only person at The Slaughterhouse to have never worn Cobra blue Red Dog is surrounded by former enemies, but one look at him and the "recruits" know to keep their distance. Red Dog's true happiness comes from putting them through training where his idea of learning comes from punishment. Most of the men are broken down in less than a week and are raw material for Mercer to turn into true soldiers.
