This custom is based off the character Mariner created by Devil's Due. I had not yet seen anybody attempt the character with ARAH parts so I figured I would give it a shot. I kinda see Mariner as the guy who backs up the G.I. Joe dive team while they're under water. He also serves as crew on Transportable Tactical Battle Platform and the Killer W.H.A.L.E. He is the first guy off the boat, storming the beach to take down Cobra.
