This is my second attempt at Skip, the sole representative of the Coast Guard on the GI Joe team. And since I plan on keeping my WHALE, I wanted a version of Cutter that I felt was definative.

I wanted this figure to more accurately represent a Coast Guard look and used the 12" GI Joe figure as the inspiration.

The vest is Chap Mei, the same one I used for my previous Cutter. The M-4 is Marauder. And the cap . . . needs to be replaced for a ball cap, but it works for now.
