I made this LBC as a gift to a friend to go along with a trade. I saw a bunch of ARAH diver figures in their "wants" that I didn't have. I figured they would like a diver though and the base figure was on my desk to spark my creativity.

Dark Water is the guy the Joes send when only one guy can go, and there is water involved. He designed his experimental breathing gear, and only he has been brave enough to use it. The helmet is open with only the face shield contacting an applied "membrane" effectively sealing off his eyes. The oxygen is actually pulled out of the water by a tiny nuclear rod inside the dive collar, and will never run out. The wet suit, also by his design, is made of milk from a genetically modified sheep to contain spider web protein. After extracting and processing into woven strands it is thinner and lighter than any other material, and stronger than steel.

His gun is a silenced sub sonic rifle based on a modified H&K. It is 9x39mm w/maximized ballistics for use under water or above at short distance.
