The Cobra Airforce always lacked a proper combat jet like the Skystriker was for the Joes.
Many years ago, in my early years of customising I wanted to make such a combat jet, but didn't know where to start. On my list of customising ideas was updating a Conquest: cool plane, but I didn't like the strange position of the wings. Back then I cut off the wings and attached them on the other sides. Looked pretty nice, but it was a lot of work trying to conceal the seams. I gave the whole thing a primer coat and then it ended up in a box, because I was more into creating new ARAH customs.

Eight years later this Group Project shows up and I knew right away this was the perfect reason to dig up that custom plane and finish it!
Added extra missile pegs and went for Cobra blue as the first layer of paint. Silver as the second spot colour and some black so it kinda matches the Rattler scheme.

Doesn't have a designated pilot (yet), since it's still in a test fase.

Mostly a repaint except for the wings which I've cut and switched to the opposite sides. Also added an extra missile peg on each wing.
