Well I am rolling them out. Was excited to have this one done.

Unfortunately the red does not show up right with my studio lighting so maybe I will see if sun light works any better.

Love the look of this. The color looks like something Hasbro would have put out back in the 80s. (I'd love to see this repainted more realistically.)

Well gotta stick with the dreadnok color scheme (Thunder Machine) but may attempt to distress it. Just hope I don't screw it up. LOL

I like this. Definitely represents the Dreadnoks well.

I really like what you did to the truck. The rear cage/gunner area is huge. Don't know if there is any way to make it smaller. Even without doing that it's still a great looking truck.

I think it is pretty accurate in size for scale. It is pretty tight getting the figure in as it is.

The gun and seat itself look fine. I'm talking the cage and the way it flairs out. It's as wide as the bed. I'm just curious how it would look if those flairs (for lack of a better description) were brought in. Right now they make it look really top heavy. Just my crit. Looks good regardless.

Seems a little oversized, but I dig the design and the colors.

Yeah it probably did not have to have the flair. Just liked the style of the flair. It was originally planned for the front of the airboat I was building but the driver could not see around it. LOL

As far as the top heavy part I think the dodge dually should be stable enough. Probably better equipped for city streets then it would be for tromping through the woods. But I think dreadnoks are more likely to be doing street policing with it then they are to be four wheeling. The 4x4 part is more about jumping curbs and driving through the median and front yards.

I liked it a lot before the paint job. Now it is just incredible. Maybe add some spikes off the hubcap or something?

Pluv thanks -- and your right spikes off the hubcaps would have been awesome, can not believe I did not think of that. LOL

wow, this is freakin cool! makes me want to play with it! seriously, you did an awesome job. i dig the caged turret. very original. i like the Dreadnok insignia on the hood and I like how you painted certain areas red/orange. it really gives off that appearance of being a vehicle pieced together from different parts. very post apocalyptic and I luv it!

I am pretty happy with how it turned out.

So far I have more people saying they like the color then not. So I guess I will not make my first attempts of weathering a custom on this vehicle LOL

That is what I love about hack&paste vehicle customizing. You never really know what they are going to be until you are done.

This one started out its journey with the idea of becoming a Cobra Troop hauler but then the fan boat gun got too big so this vehicle inherited it which transformed its journey into a Dreadnok vehicle.

Currently working on a Cobra light attack vehicle out of an Awe Striker but then when I was looking for wheels came across a set that was too big so after thinking about it for a while decided to go ahead and use those wheels and now it is destined to be a Dreadnok swamp buggy.
