Waxman Freed travels the wastes collecting any remaining memorabilia from pre-war popular music. His MoBro (mobile broadcaster) allows him to broadcast his music signal for miles and bring joy to the bleak lives of the other survivors.
He is available for birthdays, weddings, and vault openings.

ok, the figure is cool. not sold on the way the glasses are done, but may be close to the source (I admit I don't know). Even so, cool and wacky and awesome...

But HOLY HELL that scooter. and the details. and the albums. and the turntable and the and the and the HOLY HELL

That MoBro is phenomenal. I mean it's a pretty basic sculpt base thing, obviously - but it is done up so well with every little detail that it just looks incredible. Goes to show you dont always have to use the best of the best parts to get great results if you have a good eye and patience.

That scooter is flat out amazing. I'd say "would buy," but nothing that awesome would ever make it to retail.

is this an actual character from the game? I agree that scooter is on the list of greatest things ever.

He and scooter are original creations set in my amalgamated Post-Apoc universe.

The scooter is actually on clearance now at TRU for 5.00 (I paid 10ish just a few weeks ago)
I think it's called "Pet Rescue". Its in one of the tertiary girl toys aisles.
