Finally got around to dying some figures & thought i'd post some tips..........
the most important thing to remember is........... PARTS WARP REALLY EASILY!
i used one pack of ritdye for a small pan of water & brought to the boil, then lowered the parts in a colander.
everything i have read before suggests leaving parts loosely screwed together as if they are screwed tight the dye cant get in all the cracks...... well i found that all VISIBLE areas were dyed A-OK!
(if loosely screwed together parts still seem to warp a bit)
i would also suggest leaving legs together @ the knee, as the hole shrinks if not & you have to file the damn hole before you can put them back together!
heres a couple of a couple of guys when finished & re-assembled:

i just need to paint low-lights hat & goggles & give wetsuit a bit of a touch-up!
