I seem to be in the minority here, but I think he looks horrible. Metallic green and gold on black? No thanks. And a skin tone/hair color that makes him look like a drunken Irishman? I'll pass.

If you are in the minority, I'm with you then. I think he looks more like a leprechaun myself. Well, St. Patty's day was last month so I guess he is in "season".

I don't like the green paint choice and he almost looks like he has that purple zarana hair. His weapons hold the most appeal for me.

Gristle was never a favorite character of mine. He seemed like a Dreadnok wannabee to me. But somehow this recoloration makes him look a lot more threatening. I'm impressed!

And that logo! HOO-boy. Although if they're planning to imprint that on the Stormtroopers someplace, and assume they're recoloring the original HeadHunter Stormtroopers, I think they may be hard-pressed to find a big enough area where it'll work and not be reduced to a size where they'll have to pass out microscopes at the Convention.

As for that shadow -- interesting...

Also, although I am generally not all that attentive to accessories, I LOVE the painted detail on Gristle's weapons. VERY nicely done! Very impressive!

Gristle looks OK I guess.

So... when is MC going to pony up and give us a decent Mindbender and Torch?

HMMMM. OK the bad, I hate the hair color, could be the lighting but looks like he is trying for something between Zandar and Zaranna. The gold shades make it much much worse.

The body is ok, but not great, I would expect more detail for the hike in price. Really not a figure I would chase after really. So at this point he is low on my list.

I'm glad I'm coming in eight pages late to say anything...

I like the "joke" figure more than Gristle. Hahaha. Not to say I don't like Gristle, I just don't like his tanness or the colors...the Brazil (right?) figure had an awesome colorscheme. But, I really would have found that "joke" figure acceptable if it were a TRU exlcusive and of better quality very, very cool. I was under the assumption that the Gristle mold was lost along with countless others. Apparently not. Does this mean they have access to HEAT Viper v2? I'm not even sure what the set is called, but I can see that figure popping up in it somehow if they were able to acquire it.

Not bad, not bad.....Gristle looks pretty cool. I don't mind the metallic colours at all. Must have that Munitia pistol!

He still looks like a beefed-up John Lennon to me.

I prey that the Headhunter Stormtrooper comes out too. I love that mold!

I gotta say, MC has done good things with poorly coloured Battle Corps era molds over the last few years.

I hope we see that DTC wave this year. I want a Munita and Airtight so badly!

I'm interested to see/read the story that goes along with this pack. The Headhunters seemed to have conveniently changed from a bunch of drug dealers to Urban commandos working for Cobra pretty quickly. I wonder if they'll elude to that at all. I always figured after the Headman was taken out by CC in the marvel run, the Headhunters were folded into Cobra as an elite urban strike force (that's at least the story I made up).
