Character Bio:

Rager was the only Alley Viper to remain loyal to Cobra Commander after he lost the war with Serpentor. When the Commander began to rebuild his power base Rager was put in charge of rebuilding the Alley Vipers. He recruited a small band of Alley Vipers from disenfranchised veterans and police officers who had been dismissed from the force. By far the deadliest band of Alley Vipers to date.
