Graduated from the ranks of Tele-Vipers, these electronic geniuses form the heart of Cobra's most advanced electronics-trained troops, specializing in electronic countermeasures. This is one of my earlier and still one of my favorite custom jobs. I think it would have made an excellent figure from Hasbro.
