Comments:

I tried to make use of an severely loose jointed figure that I picked up at a flea market for 50cents (TARGAT with Alley Viper Head) and the head & Uzi of a CORPS! figure I picked up in a 3 pack at CVS. Truthfully, the main reason this figure came about was because I really liked the head & uzi, and thought that the combination of the two would belong to a ruthless mercenary, whose conscious had died decades ago. In an effort to better place him in the world of GI Joe, I decided that he would be a blood relative of Major Bludd. (No pun intended) To further his affiliation with Cobra, he is also Cobra Commanders right hand man when it comes to military & terrorism tactics. I haven't decided exactly what relation to Major Bludd he will be, as I'm still working on a history/filecard for the good Baron. It is possible that his Surname will change, but the title Baron is a definite, as is his position as advisor
