Bio

Seeing the need to once again have a person responsible to perform the duty of transporting sensitive documents from one location to another, Cobra Commander selected an officer from his army to perform this duty.  In memory of his former courier, CC has chosen to give the codename "Scarface" to each individual assigned to this responsibilty.

Unknown to everyone in Cobra, Scarface XI is actually the original Scarface, who was thought to be killed in the wreck of the original PIT.  Scarface, while breifly assigned to the Joe team and known as Shooter, was familiar enough with the PIT to make an escape.  He blended back into Cobra, working his way back thru the ranks to that of an Officer to take revenge on those who left him to die.
