Background Info
One of Cobra's high ranking commanders. Despised by all other high
ranking Cobra's because Golobulus's troops follow him because they respect
and beleive in him. Something none of the other commanders can say.
An "accident" caused the horrible deformities of Golobulus's body.
No one truly believes it was an accident but no one has been able to prove
who was responsible.
