A mysterious ninja with no alliances except to himself, he might be from the same family as Storm Shadow and Snake-Eyes. He generally turns up when least expected, and no one seems to know whose side he's on -- if anyone's.

(Personal note: Painted from a badly yellowed Storm Shadow. I rather like how the grey "standard" camo and black "urban" camo mix, and the overall color scheme is fairly military in appearance, even if the character isn't. One of my better jobs.)
