Body parts used: Cutter head (modified), Arctic Stalker torso, Cross Country arms, Legs/Crotch (???), Duke feet

Accessories used: Accessory pack pistol

Comments: This figure was done without any real research into the Coast Guard and is more out of my imagination than anything. Nevertheless was fun to do. Can you believe that's a Cutter head? :)
