Background Info

I thought it would be cool to make a police officer, and I'm fairly pleased with the results.  His arms are actually salvaged from broken arms I had saved...you can actually pry open the upper arms and remove damaged lower arms (broken thumbs, hands, etc) and replace them with other lower arms that have broken upper arms (it's rare that the upper arm breaks, but sometimes it happens...especially if you went through a destructive stage of childhood like I did).  I'll try to put the character info for this figure in the Custom Filecards section.
