(Personal note: One of my "1996" line of characters, using a 1993 Duke body and a Long Arm head. The desert fatigues are pretty standard uniforms in the military these days, and living in Tucson, Arizona, we could use a few more desert troopers. Hasbro was always adding to the arctic ranks. No big surprise since they're based in Rhode Island. So I just took matters into my own hands and turned out another desert trooper myself!)
