A martial arts trainer for the G.I. Joe team, and most defintely NOT a ninja!

(Personal note: I wanted to do ONE martial arts guy that wasn't a ninja. The newly-sculpted legs from the 1994 Street Fighter Vega figure seemed like a good choice [I used the head as a character in Hydro-Force], and I combined them with a 1994 Sci-Fi head, 1994 Balrog shirt, and the arms from a Johnny Cage. Not too military-looking, but a decent figure.)
