The malevolent mutant from Mortal Kombat 2.

(Personal note: This character was always one of my favorites. I realized that the Movie Edition Johnny Cage had a uniform that was close enough, but what about the head? You can't disassemble those spring-action figures too easily. Well, a lot of resin putty, some sculpting, and more patience than I'm generally known for produced an adequate result. The only Cage features visible are the nose and the eyes, which are repainted glasses. The "Popeye" arms are regrettable, but unavoidable to include Baraka's arm claws, which are toothpick segments.
