Iliyinichna Potapova is better know by her codename Baba Yaga. Born in Pripyat, Ukraine she is the only member of her family to survive the Chernobyl disaster. She was given an experimental treatment which allowed her to survive the exposure to deadly levels of radiation but it also left her permanently bald.

In Russian folklore Baba Yaga is a supernatural being that may help or hinder those that encounter her. Ilya is no different. She can just as easily kill you as save your life. You just better catch her on a good day.
