Verry little is known about this man other than his arrest record and what has been

gathered by the FBI during an investigation

into an undergroung chop shop ring.



What we do know is that as a juvenile he

was arrested 5 times for being an accomplice in armed robbery "get away driver" and several misdemeanor charges of possesion.



At the age of 18 he was tried and convicted

of 23 counts of auto theft and 2 counts of

possesion of stolen goods. He was sentenced to 10 yrs. in Chino but only served 6. While incarcerated he was believed to be involved in numerous deaths

of prisoners and gaurds which were never solved.



While under state custody he was tested and put on medication for paranoia.

We think that he has been without his medication since his release.



Thought to have vanished after his release,

a marage certificate showed him to be seen

in Las Vagas were an Elvis impersonator

performed a ceramony to a Zarana Martinez

but we think that this is alias, but clearly

Zartan's sister Zarana, the minister stated

that he remembered them because they were very rude and didn't leave a tip, plus

the smak in the face for asking too many

questions.

must less in a dark alley.And by all accounts is clearly one disturbed individual...
