The idea for this figure came about when I was trying to find uses for all those extra spring-loaded missile launchers from the Battle Corps series that I had, and using Snow Serpent v2's missile launcher/backpack, I made up this figure from purple parts from extra complete figures that I had at the time.

Without doing any repainting, I thought that this figure looked real good already.

I changed the missile launcher accessory for this figure when years later I got a hold of some Jonny Quest toys, and this certain missile launcher seemed really cool combined with the figure.
