I am a very long time fan of the series Doctor Who, in particular of two races from the show: the Daleks and Cybermen. I have had a lead figurine of the Daleks' creator Davros for a while now, but I have always wanted one in scale with the rest of my collection.

The head and right hand are from an Emperor Palpatine figure, the torso is from a GI Joe Hard Drive figure, and the base is from a custom cast of a Dalek. I made the control panel from MDF and styrene sheet and the wiring around his head is thin solder wire.
