You could say Doomsday is not the smartest person in the world. This being because he was born and raised to work in his fathers junkyard. His father never sent him to school, instead he made him work, scrapping metal and stripping cars. With no friends and nothing to do during his free time, he resorted to building things out of scrap. He found old motors, car frames, wheels, anything at the scrapyard he found useful. Before he knew it he was creating vehicles and anything that could move. The Dreadnoks found him useful and took him in as their own. They found where he falls short of intelligence he makes up in his so called engineering abilities.
