I always thought the EEL was a great figure (it's in the top 15 of my all-time favorite G.I. Joe figures). But I also always felt it was a one purpose figure. And how often do you have a need for a water trooper? So what I did was make him into a Cobra S.E.A.L., this way he also serves a purpose on land. He can be used for night-ops, covert ops, or whatever.
