Once again I am submitting a female to even out the ranks of my Cobra forces. I really hated the last few Eels, they were just deformed, with those freakishly small heads, huge arms and legs and odd-sized torso

But for a woman's frame the heads are more in line, I loved the MM Batgirl, the forearm fins just seem to click, I swapped out the high heels for the Batman feet, since well I thought they were not that practical

I took a nod from the Hydro-Viper and gave her one clawed hand.

Not loving her, but I think she'll come in handy as a background person
