Irvin Reinhard(t) was born in East Germany. He is related to the German Field Marshall Rommel somewhere in his bloodline. He has no Nazi views but did study a lot of the Field marshall. He did graduate from a European Military school. He served in the Foreign Legion as a Col. He caught the eye of Cobra Commander for being an excellent tank commander against CC's takeover of a town in Austria in 1995 for Reinhardt with outdated tanks from WW2 defeated a divison of HISS tanks. He was captured and offered a position in Cobra as the European front commander.
