While I'm not much of a fan of the comic and don't know much of the character, I had seen several customs of her, had the parts and the Battlefiles image to do the card backing and figured what the heck, it would be a fun project and I could always use another female character. I took some liberties with the silver jacket and pads, as I liked the idea of her wearing a sort of reflective material, and blue dry brushed her hair over the black base to give a comic book look.
