This cobra is a devious sort... ever have a new neighbor move in and almost instantly the neighborhood goes to crap? Well then you may have met the 'ol Garden Snake. He moves in, instantly starts letting the home he is in fall apart, kills the lawn. leaves junk all over his property. Plays his music too loud has an absurdly large pick up with muffler additions for added noise. Throws parties that always end with the cops shutting things down.

It seems unconnected but the neighborhood seems to have issues with cable, phone, power, sewer, and really everything. The roads start to get worn out, and even if the city sends someone to patch them they're worn out again in a couple of days. It is almost like the entire area started to curl up and die the minute that new neighbor moved in.

The garden Snake is trained in infiltration, and sabotage. They specialize in destroying infra structure and causing unrest. Cobra uses them to devalue property and convince people to leave. The largest assault of a garden Snake unit was in the early 90's in Detroit. combined with Crimson guard elements in the local government, Detroit has never recovered, and most likely never will.
