I really hate it when people's hats dont come off...yeah sometimes its near impossible, but other times it's just laziness from Hasbro. So I went out to fix this. Very easy custom with a simple modification to the comic pack Hawk neck and a hollowed out hat from a crappy Chap Mei figure. Somewhat similar to my Keel Haul hat. If the biggest brass of GI Joe doesnt deserve the extra details and attention who does?
