This figure is my only wholly original Action Force custom, and is my tribute to the Gurkhas, some of the best and most criminally under-valued soldiers in the British army. I had a spare Tunnel Rat head after I'd used his body for Tracker, and I just couldn't see a use for it, until I watched the film 'The Man Who Would Be King'. In that, the Gurkha sergeant, Billy Fish, is a hugely likeable character, and I got the idea of creating a Gurkha member of the team. I based the figure on the WWII Gurkha look, and was pleased to be able to find a use for the Alpine shorts in particular. Since a Gurkha wouldn't be a Gurkha without his kukri knife, I created one from the handle of a Roadblock knife and some loose card.
