While shopping one day, I chanced upon some Chap Mei toys, and one particular figure got me to want to buy it... a cetain figure with a jail uniform.

But I later decided not to buy it because it wouldn't fit with my Joe collection (because of the different articulation), so I decided to make one custom of my own just like it.

I went to work with the custom when I came home, and well, though it isn't really 100% like the Chap Mei figure, this one works for me.
